we have gone through two mortgage closings with PNC in one year. Both times PNC missed their scheduled closing date - PNC fault both times

yesterday we got confirmation e-mail of our 9/7 closing

today we got call from Paul Aquino of Troy, MI office stating PNC has to move closing to 9/12 - awful late to make change to schedule

he said there was nothing he could do

hoping to find someone who can do something

Big problems for us

wife cannot get those days off

mover not sure we can re-schedule on 9/13

we are paying $80 per day for each day after 9/7

insurance already issued effective 9/7

big issue for people moving into our current house

problem was the ineptitude of PNC to keep schedule

Mindi Dzuris (Chicago office) singlehandedly caused the delay

not passing information to underwriters

not asking for correct information that underwriters needed

these two issues alone caused 4-6 days delay

I would expect that when PNC determines a closing date that PNC would monitor the system to make sure the date is kept

I would request that you intervene to keep 9/7 scheduled closing

hopefully on Friday., 9/2
