I am so upset at Taco Bell, I did an online order # 900798 at 7:42pm checked-in, get to the restaurant and told them I did an online order, they said okay. Waited and waited no order, so other people who ordered after me, got their order and left, my order still wasn't ready, I asked them again about the online order, they said it didn't come through, I said I have a confirmation and pickup location on my phone. By this time I had waited over 30 minutes, the manager says we don't see the order, so I cannot fill the order, I said well I have waited this long, I don't want the order, give me my money back, she says we can't do that because we don't see the order, but we can make the order, by this time it was over an hour waiting, my order was incorrect and I had to wait for them to correct it. It was 3 people working this Taco Bell, one in the drive-thru, manager cooking, and one on the front cash register who was new. They were taking so long for orders it was ridiculous, they had to lock the door to keep people from coming in. This is unacceptable behavior and bad business, I will never go back to that Taco Bell, if at all. Terrible service. Need to hire new people.
