I have been trying to Login to My account but it won't let me! I tried to reset My PW via live chat 5 times with two people - still no success! I then called via Land line and got another Temp PW #6, then #7, then #8 - still NO SUCCESS!!!! I tried to update my profile - it said there is a problem with account but it lets me see balance & other account summaries. It even told me to try a different E-mail address??? I won't create another E-mail account just to communicate with these Bimbo's!!!! Don't You people know how to operate a phone/computer orientated? I thought that was You Business!
