I am a Social worker trying to help a low income senior to get a SafeLink phone.<br /> <br /> Applied in April 2017, in May the status of his application was changed to &quot;Qualified&quot;. His documents were approved. Since that day the process stopped.<br /> <br /> After multiple phone calls and transfers to &quot;higher&quot; departments, multiple escalations after what I was advised to wait another 30 days- the status of his application was never changed as promised and the senior has no cell.phone.<br /> <br /> I even asked to cancel His account, so I could reapply, but that also was not successful. Please HELP!!! client's enrollment
