Original Comment On June 9th my friend and I went to pick up our car at the Maui Dollar Rent a Car. When we got there I was shocked to see a line out the door. In the past we walked in and went right up to the counter. However we were ready to wait our turn. There were 2 or 3 people helping the guests do all the paper work in order to rent a car. There was one fellow who seem to be doing very little and helping no one. We watched him move his bottles of water from one side of his desk to the other. At this point the other people in line were looking at each other and asking what is he doing? I have a big mouth and said "nothing". He wasn't helping anyone. After we got the keys to our car, I asked him his name and told him that I was going to report him to headquarters. His name is Oscar and he said "go ahead. Nobody cares". Do you care?
