Original Comment On a Sunday, December 1,2019 I called AAA at 1:52pm because my mothers car was leaking transmission fluid and it needed to be towed to a auto shop for repair. I was told that Stan's towing would be here in an hour. We saw the tow truck pass the house in about 30 minutes from when I called. I called AAA back 10 minutes later to tell them what happen and that the tow truck never came back. AAA told me that they were given a call by the police and that my tow truck was sent there, it would be another 20-30 minutes. She gave me the number to Stans Towing that had passed the house. Stan said it would be another 20 minutes. They finally came about 1 hour and 45 minutes later after we called them several times. We called AAA back and nothing was done. I felt AAA should have contacted another towing company, this was ridiculous. My entire family has been with AAA for years. We are soooo disappointed.
