I bought a bicycle at the 9321 S Western Store in Chicago and was assured that I could pick it up the next day . Unfortunately it was sold before I could pick it up. The store does not have a system for accounting for items purchased awaiting pick up. I was very disappointed and may never shop there again. <br /> <br /> US Veteran
