Original Comment I had a terrible experience at your Orange Park, Florida location. We had purchased merchandise on Sunday, February 9th and when we took the item out of the packaging box, and noticed they were damaged. Very disappointed being we live a distance away. Tonight, February 10 , my husband drove me back to the store, which they had no more of the stainless steel that I picked out. Only had (1) aqua colored one left. I asked the cashier to have the manager come up to ask for some sort of discount for the inconvenience and wasted gas, instead she called the manager, and the manager named Ashley just said no, and wouldn't come up there. Definitely poor management.
