Original Comment Good evening. I am reaching out to inform you of a very unsatisfactory situation that I am experiencing with the TitleMax on 12899 Westheimer Road<br /> Houston, Texas 77077. I fell behind on payments, vehicle was of understandably repossessed. The huge issue is that I was told verbally and in writing that the vehicle would be held in storage for 14 days MINIMUM before being moved. My vehicle was towed 2/17/2020, I went to retrieve it 2/27/2020. That's when I learned AFTER paying $1,823.00 that my vehicle is with a &quot;vendor&quot; and I can't pick it up until March 5, 2020 meaning I am out of A LOT of money plus missing work AND still without my vehicle!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I have filed a claim with the BBB!! Please let me know if you have any suggestions!! Thank you!!<br /> THAT'S WHAT I EMAILED TITLEMAX CORPORATE OFFICE BUT GOT A AUTOMATED RESPONSE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION WAS FALSE!!! I reckon TitleMax PERIOD is just bad business ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!
