Original Comment HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE! I purchased a dryer 4 months ago and it already went out. The part that is needed to fix the dryer is on back order.. 3 weeks later and still the part has not been shipped. I have called over and over, and just keep getting the run around. Every person I have spoke to has been very rude and unprofessional. Every time I call I get a different answer. I will never recommend Sears or Kenmore, Whirlpool etc. products to anyone. I can't even express in words what a joke this company is, and Warranty to them means nothing.
