Original Comment My wife & I went to taco bell location knight Arnold & mendenhall here in in Memphis Tn & the manager was talissa h. We ordered two Mexican pizzas at 20:34 then drove all the way home sat down to eat & my wife took the first bite & said I quote it tastes like poison!! I'm like what? So when I smelled her food up close I can smell an unusual smell like something old or tamper like the grease they used for the shell of the pizza or idk something because I tasted mine after that & God it was horrible also & left an gammey old dirty aftertaste. I drove all the way back told the manager talissa h the problem & said what we would like in replacement of those two Mexican pizzas & she went into telling me what she can't do for the inconvenience instead of apologizing & listening to my request. Very unprofessional & obviously was not trained properly to deal with matters such as my wife & I. the crazy part was all we wanted back was two chicken quesadillas and a chalupa and she could not obliged to that and that is completely unacceptable because of the time that was wasted the inconvenience that I had to drive all the way back to that location and me and my wife had things we had to get done after we ate our food from that particular Taco Bell so we will like 4 corporate to step in and reimburses with whatever they see fit because we are not asking for money back we just want great customer service
