Original Comment I mostly use the Ralph's store on El Toro Rd in Lake Forest. During this pandemic I rarely go, but the Saturday before Mother's Day I stopped to get last-minute items. I was seriously unhappy with the way the check-out lines were being operated. I stood in my first line of approximately 15 people and when I was one person away they closed the check stand and I had to go to the back of the line for another station. This happened again and I had to go to the back of another line! At this point I just said "Forget it" and I left the store, leaving my cart just sitting there! I had previously, on an earlier date, had a similar thing happen and I went to the manager and told him he had to get more checkers out or get to one register himself. He did, finally. On both occasions he had only 2 cashiers working with approximately 50 people in line! This is not good customer service at all! Do these managers no know their jobs? There are a lot more markets in this area, so we don't have to put up with this poor service.
