Original Comment Here a while back we went into Round Table to eat and they signed her up to receive coupons through texting we were able to use one last weekend 12 parmesan twists for 799 this weekend the following weekend my daughter calls and order the exact same order and she was told that she couldn't use the coupon because that was a corporate coupon so my daughter was the first over so she ordered just the six I called back when I talk to a manager because I didn't make sense when they took the coupon last week and it wouldn't take it this weekend so they ended up calling her back and taking the coupon anyway after I got pretty pissed off at him how are we to know what is a corporate store and a franchise store we have no ideal the difference anyways just a thought maybe you went to tell all your Associates to not argue with the customer and take the coupon that is sent in a text
