I want to make a complaint that I got a LG K40 phone and within the next 3-4 months my phone started freezing it wasn't doing right I called to get a warranty done on my phone and I waited two weeks and the lady told me that the phone still have not came in I waited two more weeks the phone still has not came in and now corporate decided that they're not going to send the warranty phone but it's not fair because I didn't ask for corporate to shut down I feel like everybody's too should still get their phones. I'm paying a bill every month for a phone not to work correctly. And then I called the store and I talked to the lady it was like she just didn't even care like she just kept saying I'm sorry we're not dealing with that right now it's like she didn't want to really help me out you know I asked her for Corpus number she didn't have it but she was the manager of the store which is crazy to me. They really need to get some customer service people because the people that are working now are not fit for the job. I'm making this complaint because if it wasn't for them I would have had my phone before the corporate closed. I think I'm just going to find me another company because Metro is not where it's at.
