Original Comment It amazes me how unprofessional this company is. After years of using there pos service I had canceled one of the lines 4 months prior, which can be checked via data being used or NOT used. Not only was the foreigner on the phone incompetent but the supervisor wasn't any more intelligent. After explaining to them that the phone has been broken and I've called to cancel service awhile back in Feburary(June has just started) they had the audacity to say I was lieing and nothing can be done. If this review doesn't show you how unloyal & disrespectful Metro is then I'm not sure what will. Needless to say I'm canceling all services and will encourage to NEVER use them as a carrier. If people did their research they'll know how slow you are compared to the competition like those of whom offer 5g for the same price. For instance sprint offers 4 lines for 100$ instead of 2 through metro. Ive just been merged paying with family until this recently when I started using a tracphone because my metro phone broke which brought me to obviously canceling it. Now when I got a new phone to hop back on the plan I was told i paid 200$ for service that wasn't even being used. Needless too say STAY AWAY from these greedy people and have a fantastic day?
