I bought a Verizon wireless trail cam of yours about a month ago. I put the required batteries in and it worked for a month of free trial. I opted for the 250 MB plan at 29.95 a month. As soon as the plan transferred to me paying the cam stopped sending pics to me. I bought the cam for security purposes as I am 3 hours away from the camera. When it stopped working I called and spoke to a K Meissner , I believe, and he told me that the batteries get to 70% and the cam stops working. I put new batteries in yesterday afternoon and it worked a couple times and stopped again. I emailed Ken and he then says the batteries were below 90 % and the cam stops working after 90. He told me to go through a shut down and restart process to which I told him I'm 3 hrs away. His answer was SORRY. So I spent 300 bucks on a worthless hunk of junk and customer service totally sucks.
