Original Comment I ordered a John Wayne Statue from Bradford Exchange and when I typed in my email address it said it wasn't valid. I called 866-503-9057 and spoke to Regina and she confirmed my mailing address, email address and phone number. She said I can not help you will have to email Customerservice @Bradfordexchange.com. I get an email from customer service with a I am unable to help you is there anything else I can help you with. This is simply not right in how you handle customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <br /> <br /> For an email address being not valid, I sure get alot of Bradford JUNK!!!!! in my invalid email address!!!!!
