Massage Envy continued to take money out of my account when they were closed for business. My husband and I both have memberships. Consequently we now have 6 pre-paid sessions. We went in to cancel our memberships because we were moving out of state and the closest Massage Envy was two hours from our home. They told us we had a certain time period after we cancelled to use the pre-paid sessions. We booked all 6 sessions for once a week leading up to our moving day. Massage Envy called every week and had various reasons for cancelling our appointments. We have now moved and are out over $300. I contacted the manager wanting either a refund or 6 gift card sessions that I could give as gifts. I was told they can't do that. I don't believe I should pay for their lack of customer service!! I have put in a call to corporate headquarters to try to rectify this matter.
