First of all I am located in Canyon Country, CA. I recently received a Stylo 6 phone ($265.00) as a gift from my wife. The phone was defective and the customer service person checked it out and agreed. She ordered me a new phone. This was over a week ago. The day the new replacement phone arrived in the store, the phone was damaged badly in an accident. It is still functional. The clerk charged me $190.00 for the new phone and added another line to my account with a new # and I am now being charged for a new line and phone. They deducted an additional $59.95 from my checking acct. and billed me $118.00 due 08/2020. What can be done about this?
