Original Comment I went in for an oil change and had a $25 coupon and still ending up paying $74. I asked the service guy why is there so much inconsistency in the pricing. I asked for the manager and the parts manager Michael came out and gave some lame excuse as to why and I told him he was ignorant. He then wants my name and I asked him why did he need my name and he said so he would know for when the next time I come in. He took my invoice out of the hand of the service rep and looks at my name. So he now has my information. So what? Is he gone come by my house and shoot it up? This is a threat to me and I don't take threats likely. And the rep was rude as well, I guess because I called out his coworker. I asked the rep for a pen to sit the invoice and he said in a nasty way" didn't I give you one" and I said yes, but I don't feel like digging in the bottom of my bag. At this point I gave him back the pen he gave me. I had intentions of looking at new vehicles, but Auto nation will never get another penny of my hard earned money. They tried to mess over me on the first vehicle I purchased. From all the comments I've read your company is thuggish. So what are you going to do about this threat? I expect an answeri in the next few days
