If I could rate them a zero I would<br /> If I could rate them a zero I would. This company has without a doubt the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I just had Christina ( A supervisor ) tell me that they did not want to do business with me even though one of their Tech support supervisors said to me &quot;I am not going to put up with your B S.&quot; But he used the word instead of the letters. But it's not ok if I question the competence of someone who is allegedly a Tech support rep. There is NO WAY that I could find to contact upper mgmt. to let them know how I was being treated. If you do decide to do business with this company. You get what you deserve.<br /> I also just discovered something else. If you get into an argument with Bluehost about anything and decide to take your hosting business elsewhere. Bluehost will sabotage you and you will not be able to use Word Press Live support even if your new host uses them.<br /> <br /> This just keeps getting better. I just tried to post a comment on the Bluehost Facebook page. They will not allow you to comment on anything. The only thing you can do is &quot;Like&quot; a post. This should be a real tipoff that something is wrong. You have to join the Bluehost group to be able to say anything about them. Why would I join a group if I do not like the company? That just does not make sense. Folks, this is one company that you really want to stay away from. The more you look the more you find that screams DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE.
