Original Comment Oct. 4, 2020 my wife and I celebrating 17 years together. She wanted to go to Chili's for lunch before shopping. Stop in at 11:30 greeted by the hostess. I asked for a booth and was told that the only place she had available was a high top in the bar. I asked her again for a booth and she said no. Mind you there was 1/2 of the restaurant that was available was booths. We eat here weekly spending on avg. $60. Notice that since the Covid your facilities seem to be using it to their convenience. Same thing happened about a month ago and I choose to be the bigger person and not file a complaint. Well here we are now, you've lost a customer.
