Original Comment The Bojangles on Hwy 280 in Chelsea Alabama has become a sad joke. Today it was broadcasted on our neighborhood page that it was not open ( no one showed up for work except one young man) and lots of Negative comments followed. It's not uncommon to have only 2 people working and today only one person showed up and he was at the drive through encouraging everyone to come back later ( he couldn't get in because he didn't have access to keys) . Seems he was the only one who showed up for work this morning. Bojangles has been an asset to our community, but the management and leadership at this location is unacceptable. Please work to bring this location back to its original good customer service and good ratings. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention because we live our Bojangles . Your attention to these issues would be appreciated.
