Original Comment I rented a van for pickup date 10/23/2020, to be returned on the following Monday, call that morning to find out what time could it be picked up, was told at 12noon, but to hurry because like 6 people were interested, when we got there, we had no knowledge of having to have a major credit card because they did not except my bank debit care, at 60 who wants a major credit card?, well here it is, plans were made a week in advance in renting the van, to take the family to a air show in Georgia, tickets paid in advance too, sad because we have money in our account avail on our bank debit card. End of story, can't find a rental van any place, and our little get away which was so well planned was a no go, thanks Alamo for not telling us this before plans were made, and I will never do business with you ever again<br /> Sign<br /> Broken hearted
