Original Comment After being a loyal customer for over 8 years with Avis, this is the last straw, We rented a car from The Santa Maria Ca Airport, we were in a rush, The car was filthy inside, food crumbs everywhere, food on the back seat floor, the smell of smoke penetrated our clothes, Head aches with the smell, Me and the wife used wipes and spray to clean, disinfect with no luck, The car was not washed it was filthy, today at 10 Am when I returned the car i let the Gentleman at the counter know and he said" I don't know how my car detail guy could of missed the inside, The car was never washed from the outside at all, they don't give a crap, this Avis Location is independently operated by Clancy McAuliff In Santa Maria CA, I asked the guy at counter for a Phone number or a claim i can make and he said no that was it, nothing i can do, Please beware, covid is no joke and these people are not helping US at ALL.
