Original Comment So the past two times we were going to use our AAA we were let down. The first time the tow service canceled our pick up and we had no idea. No one phoned us and we waited for almost 3 hours on what was quoted to be an hour and a half. We ended up chancing driving our vehicle to the garage. And today we have a car that is broken down and we need it towed to a scrap yard. We were told that they didn't do that because it wasn't an emergency. And they don't tow to scrap yards. Why the heck do I pay for a towing service that won't tow???
