Original Comment I had the worse service ever in my life at Fort Lauderdale airport . Poor management and customer service. I got treated terrible . They lied and said manager special was a full size car . Told me when I got there that was hatch back . They put me in a dented up. Dirty car inside and outside . Manager is lazy and rude .?I want a full refund . I pick up car Friday and it go back today. I need. Corporate to get involved. Because express members get treated like animals
