Many years ago I had a problem with Juno and ended up being required to resolve it on the telephone. initially they connected me with people who did not understand or speak English, they all hung up when I tried to explain the problem. Finally I was connected with a Gentleman with a strong Texas accent who understood the problem perfectly and fixed the problem instantly. Until a couple of years ago I had no problems with Juno, that I knew about.<br /> <br /> Well over a year ago, I do not know exactly when it started because I thought it only involved Email that I was sending myself from the scanner with copies of scanned documents from the Public Library I did not think that it was too serious of a problem, the Juno Company Email Server started Blocking several types of Email which were being sent to me. I first noticed it when the Email I sent to myself and to several other Juno accounts from the Public Library Scanner were not being received by ANY Juno Email Account. More recently, well over a year ago I found that in order to access, and do business with The United States Government, staring with The Social Security Administration the Agency I was dealing with required the Agency to send and Email to my Juno Account as part of their security system. The security Emails are still being blocked by The Juno Corporate Email Servers. Most recently I received a phone call from a company I have relied on since 1980 telling me that since I have not responded to many Emails that they sent me over many months they were going to cancel my business relationship with them, Juno NEVER delivered even one of those Emails to my Juno Email Account. The same thing happened to some other people I know who also rely upon Juno Email Accounts. No we never blocked ANY incoming Email.<br /> <br /> Any intelligent person would know that unless the Juno Email Customer gets some feedback from the Email Sender as I did when I sent email to myself and in the other cases when I was told that Emails were sent to me, by other means other than Email, the Juno Email Customer has ZERO information to tell them that any Email sent to that Juno Customer has been blocked.<br /> <br /> In my many attempts to communicate with Juno Technical Support I have found that I am either communicating with a computer BOT or a contractor run by people who are given a small number of responses which have absolutely NOTHING to do with the problem I am asking them to fix. Those people apparently do not understand English, or how to send my request to fix the problem which is OBVIOUSLY in an update which was done to the Master Software which runs the entire Juno Email Server AT the Juno Company. It is a problem which ALL Juno Email Customers have, though I doubt that many actually know about the problem, unless they have had the same type of feedback experience that I have had. Until this MAJOR problem is fixed at the Corporate level it is impossible to rely upon Juno Email to reliably deliver urgent and important Email from many senders many of which I have no realistic idea who are.
