Original Comment This company is a joke. My daughter started college this year. When so much is happening during this pandemic my daugjter had a school refund deposited onto her netspend card in the amount of 4319.00. She noticed on her second or third purchase her card was locked and she was told that someone was trying to get into her account. She has been getting the run around since $eptember. They first wanted a picture identification, so we sent that. Then they said they needed a indemnity form from her college which her college said they never heard of! Its been months now and she she still has not recieved her funds. We have tried to called the bank that is affiliated with netspend, however the account has been closed and you cant get anyone on the phone. It's sad that this comp@ny can just take people money and nothing can be done.about it! Reading all these complaints lets me know I am not alone. Its surprising that I am not alone in this matter. I hope something can be done and everyone that has lost money dealing with this company can get their money back.
