Original Comment Netspend did the same to me. They locked my account an told me to submit documents to state where I live, and to prove where I live. I sent them every thing they asked for, and they still will not give me my money.!! I got in touch with the bureau of consumer protection. I found out that they were sued for 10.million dollars.? You cannot withhold someone's money. I have bills to pay. Next I am going to try to get some attention from the public and let them know what is going on Grand Prairie legal lawyers will help. Don't just sit and let this happen.! Get some legal help if you can. They need to know they cannot do this.!! I am so ashamed of them.!
