Original Comment I've Been broke down in a bad part of town for over 4 days & now AAA says they can't pick vehicle cause it's consider a RV? It's been towed twice already with a flat bed. I signed up through AAA App & there's nowhere in app where u can pick RV but it had Ford E350 so I picked not knowing this whole time needed to upgrade to RV because it's nowhere on the app to differ from regular vehicle to RV vehicle? I spoke to 4 different AAA team members & really short & one supervisor with Roadside Assistant Named "Michelle" started yelling at me & I have it recorded cause made a complaint to the BBB due to this outburst & denial of a service I purchased!! I hope AAA fails and everyone looses their jobs for how I've been treated this past weekend!!
