Original Comment Went through drive thru since I was not dressed to get out since I live near. <br /> Had a coupon. I let cashier (Toshianna)know which coupon and she asked number.<br /> I arrived at window and she stated she did not have that coupon in system ?<br /> I then offered to pay without coupon.<br /> Cashier asked me to pull up , which I did.<br /> I waited 10 minutes and still no food.<br /> Then as another customer pulled around me she stopped and said the cashier wants you to come in and get your food.<br /> And again I was not dressed to get out.<br /> I went in and cashier stated &quot; Sorry , I'm very busy&quot; .<br /> I then got to my car and my order which I paid for a meal was not a meal only being 2 croissants.<br /> So, not only was I embarrassed to go in not properly dressed , I didn't even get my &quot; not good coupon back&quot; <br /> And, paid full price for meal I did not get!!!. <br /> This is my second complaint in the last year and will be my last I assure you.
