I received a promotional offer to join AAA & was prepared to join today while out running errands, I stopped at the AAA Strongsville Ohio location off of Interstate 71 & the person named Brian at the front desk refused to sign me up because I live in an adjacent county. Refusing to accept me as a new member has caused me to take pause and decide that your organization is not one that I would like to join or do business with another company that I will not have to jump through hoops to become a member.
