Good afternoon, <br /> I frequent the ihop at lakeside circle in Sterling Heights Michigan. The staff is friendly and food is great. However, they are horrible when it comes to acknowledging the customers. Today I called to place an order. The phone rang for 15 minutes until a customer picked up the phone and said there was no one here to help. So I went to the restaurant to place my order. Staff was light, though saying &quot;hello sorry for the wait I'll be right with you,&quot; would have gone along way. Instead, the staff avoids even looking at the front desk. This is not the first time I have had this experience here. Is it possible for them to staff a greeter to greet and start the customer interaction process. Also, maybe be a little more attentive to the phones so customers are not answering them.
