Original Comment We live in lewes Delaware and ln a community with roughly 20 people offline for the past 10 hours due to an outage. We all have called and the agent on the phone will not escalate our issue until next Tuesday and my wife works from home. I am a supervisor with another cable company and have confirmed the outage. They will need a maintenance tech to repair it but the agent states that there isn't an outage. There is. We need help ASAP
