Original Comment Our experience with our 6 grandchildren &amp; son &amp; daughter in law was very unpleasant.<br /> While in Orlando we had dinner our last night at the Fridays across from universal studios.<br /> The music was so so loud &amp; the words in the song playing were not family friendly. We asked the waitress if the music could be turned down she said she would try but was having a battle with the manager about lowering it..<br /> It was turned down but for only a few minutes but then turned up louder than before..<br /> Just blasting &amp; the words in the songs were vulgar.<br /> At that point our son got up to speak to the manager &amp; the manager first said the people at the bar were complaining it was too low &amp; my son said don't we count as customers 10 of us...<br /> The manager then gave a lame excuse why it was so loud..<br /> He said it was faulty wiring, The discussion got a little heated &amp; the manager Ernst said he was calling the police.<br /> Our son did nothing wrong, it was the manager who was at fault by not trying to please his customers. If this is supposed to be a family restaurant it definitely was not last night...<br /> Very disappointed in our experience at Fridays ...<br /> We were so excited about eating at Friday's since we no longer have one in Birmingham but this will be our last time spending our money at a Friday's.
