Dear Dodge Corporate Office,

I took my 2011 Dodge Challenger to the San Antonio Dodge Dealership at 11910 IH 35N, San Antonio, Texas, for a service and break repairs on May 27, 2021. The Dodge Dealership replaced my steering gear pump and I was told that the front brake rotors were unserviceable (but they were not replace). The brake rotors and break pads were replaced by the San Antonio dealership on May 28, 2021 and they were still under warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles). However, I was told since the rotors and breaks pads were replaced with Mopar parts that they were not under warranty?

I talked with the San Antonio Dodge Service Manager, Mr. David Tatko and he refused to honor the San Antonio repair warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles). He told me that he was going to talk with the Dodge Regional Manager to see if he would approved the replacement of my front rotors and break pads.

I emailed the service manager, Mr. David Tatko, but he has not replied to my email to see what the regional manager told him regarding my brake issue.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
