Original Comment Worst company with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER KNOWN I was stuck on the road @ 3:30 I literally been calling apperantly the package I chose only approved 3 miles ( HOW THE HECK DOES RHAT SERVE ANYONE) I was in the middle of no where and needed a tow they told me it would be 4.50 each additional mile where I was was literally 14 miles to get to my home town $52 dollars outside my plan now listen as a company who offers packages that includes towing who in the right mind said 3 miles was enough I had no money unaware of the 3 mile Grace then then Richard in relations told me ( mind you I'm paranoid I can't get to work I'm far from home and can't even get a proper tow ) Richard tells me "your an adult you should've chose the right package) now I'm losses cause HOW DARE YOU be ignorant with a CUSTOMER during and emergency situation you have the luxury to get in ya car and go home I couldn't I DIDNT GET A TOW TILL 5 something! With a a home owner whose entry way I was in literally couldn't believe the way customer service was being so rude and ignorant like no duh Sherlock but who in the right mind would pick triple A a company to assist in times like these being flat out disgusting I will never ever recvomend triple A even out the last company standing then today the auto shop who is affiliated with charged me 109 for a diagnosis and couldn't even fix my car just to call triple A and be told I used up 4 calls there is 365 days in a year why is a company who is here to assist in time of need limiting calls mind you they were all flats I had a real life situation where I was screwed and frantic just for them to tell me it will be $75 dollars to tow to my house which is 42 min away I almost got fired cause w.e jackass made it a rule to be present with a car that you had the key left at the auto shop for them to have 0 remores even the supervisor got nasty A SUPERVISOR long story short this is the worst company to ever be made they just want your money cause I see no benefit from this place but battery and wheel replacement THATS IT I hate it here
