Original Comment I bought a vehicle via AVIS CAR SALES two years ago. Great service! Great way to get a used vehicle in great condition. I decided to buy one recently and the service is terrible now. What happened? My wife and I were expecting the same level of service and now, after 6 months, we have a vehicle with an expired temporary license plate in my garage and we are paying for it. I call and they try to call back but nobody on the line. The last time I talked to somebody they said some papers got lost and I need it to signed them again. But the address (zip code) is wrong and I called them to see if they can change it and no action. No action whatsoever. This is not AVIS CUSTOMER SERVICE and definitely it is affecting us. I need help please!!!! I need somebody from corporate to ensure this is done soon so we can use the vehicle!!!! HELP!!!
