Original Comment bad customer service very rude and a lot of wait. I called AAA at 6:24 pm to acknowledge to my husband that his car broke down on I-95 North. They told me it took 3 hours to arrive. Before 3hr I called and asked if he could leave the car with the keys inside and I pick it up and they said no. They spent 3Hr and never arrived. When I call again at 9pm they tell me that he could go and leave the keys in the car. We live in FLORIDA with temperatures over 90F, and he couldn't be inside the car, outside the car a lot of mosquitoes and all that time he was waiting. When he could be seen gone. I seem disrespectful. And they charged me $ 50 because I just did the memebrecia.
