Original Comment I am still so disappointed with their customer service I experienced yesterday. I Went to Bojangles in Hiram Georgia, only to wait 20 minutes to place my order. Once my order was placed, I was told to wait in the front of the building. I was not given a reason or a timeframe. After waiting 15 minutes,I knocked on the front entrance door only to have a staff member come to the door to tell me that I couldn't come in, I advised him that my card was charged and I was told to wait out front, and I have been waiting for my meal. I told him that I watched them goofing off from the front entrance door and that they were unprofessional. He then went to see how long the wait was only to come back to tell me that they forgot to drop the chicken and it will be another wait. The sad part about it was that I had out of state guests in the car that were looking forward to a bojangles experience but were highly disappointed with the southern hospitality that bojangles provided. I would NEVER go back to bojangles. I spoke to the manager directly and she seemed completely clueless. Bojangles needs to hire staffs that are properly trained and professional. Worse experience ever.
