Original Comment My daughter purchased a Ryobi generator from Home Depot in Teays Valley, West Virginia. She had it delivered to us on Feb.19, 2021. We used it one week and one day during an ice storm we had during the same time. When our power came back on, my husband drained the gas and changed the oil. Covered it for the next time we needed it. Well, that time came in a few short weeks. When he turned it on to start it, the gasoline poured out of it like going through a sieve. Called Home Depot, and the only thing they could do for us was to send it to Indiana for repairs. They said because it was a rush order because of the ice storm, they could not give us a new one. It took us six weeks to get it back. Very poor workmanship by Ryobi and lousy public relations with customers. No more Ryobi products for us.
