Original Comment My sister is stuck at a cabin in Colorado without a running vehicle. She rented from Budget. On the drive to their cabin the vehicle stopped working. They were stuck on side of a mountain four hours. Customer service had her on hold this long. She finally called 911 and paid 400$ for a tow to the cabin. Now she cannot get a vehicle that works to her. This is NOT acceptable. Y'all have the worst customer service. Well no customer service. She needs a car that runs NOW!!! Have contacted corporate but you cannot speak to a person.
