Original Comment My husband has been buying bagels 1 or2 dozen at a time for the last 8 months. Today we went to have dinner and I asked him if he had ever gotten any rewards and he never has. I asked the cashier how this could be and he told me that only the last 2 purchases had registered on his account. When he buys he pays in cash and hands the reward card to the cashier who appears to swipe it. So we are wondering what is the point of having a rewards card that does not work.<br /> <br /> I have one also and I have always had rewards.
