Original Comment I called at 9 pm on August 12th, 2021. I was told the ETA would be about 10:10 pm. I waited and tried to call back at 11:20 and nobody answered a lady called me back and apologized at 11:30 pm. She said, Tim, 's towing would not be able to come but that she would find someone and give me a callback. After 15 minutes I had remembered that I had roadside assistance on my car insurance. I called them they were there in 30 minutes. Do not use triple AAA. They left me and my 69-year-old mother on the side of the road for 4 hours and 15 minutes. This is a horrible company and on Monday we will be canceling their none existent service.
