Original Comment Hello , me and my mother went to Bojangles in Hartwell ga . Today around about 7ish in the morning and ordered 3 chicken filet biscuits , fries, drinks . For me , my mother , sister , we left and returned when he bit into the chicken filet biscuit it smelled & it was very old we went back to the window and talked to the manager calmly and she got all loud and rude with us and said she had cooked them and there fresh nothing is wrong with them and that we the only one who complained . & Told us we aren't gonna get a refund because there isn't nothing wrong with the food & she wouldn't return our money .when we pulled up there the first time the manager had just got there therefore she hadn't cooked our food at all . She was very rude & disrespectful for no reason . Many restaurants when the food isn't right or cooked right or the food is old they apologize to the customers, and get them something else instead . This isn't appropriate nor okay this is why many restaurants lose money because of the rude manger's and employees,
