Original Comment On 10/29/2021 some guy in reflective vest came to our door and said he needed to access our backyard because a neighbor signed up with Century Link.<br /> <br /> No ID. No mask, no work order, no business ID, no identification on vehicle. He had a polo shirt underneath his vest with the business name Wise Connect. <br /> <br /> We attempted verification. Phone number went to an international mailbox for the sub contractor Wise Connect. Only voicemail. No call back.<br /> <br /> Seriously, is this your business model? If so, I would happily descend into Luddite lifestyle than have to do business with Century Link.
