Original Comment The worst experience ever in my forty seven years of shopping for Christmas cards and decorations at Hallmark.<br /> When I needed to return a defective item I was essentially called to task to prove it. The lack of respect was astounding.<br /> I was told that a replacement was impossible as there were none left in the storage room.<br /> I expressed my disappointment to the manager the next day. She was made aware of the incident. Since they did not accept returns even defective ones I chose to just buy a third and similar item proving that they did in fact have more in the storage area. At $29.99 the cost became exorbitant. I intended to contact the corporate office but was told that each hallmark is an independent store and therefore make their own rules.<br /> Tell me if this is so and I will find somewhere else to spend my money.
