Original Comment The "general manager" on staff at the Westfield Culver City location needs to work on her customer service skills. The store displays a QR code menu and she refused to honor the lunch menu that appears on the code. She has a bad attitude and is unprofessional. Too many tattoos visible tattoos to be considered for a position of such authority.
