Original Comment The Hardee's in Lafayette tn is a joke! I sent my aunt up there to get us dinner was supposed to be 3 burgers! They gave us 5 which ppl Normally wouldn't complain bout but they charged me for 2 burgers I didn't need then they didn't put the lid all the way on one of the drinks so the drink carrier fell apart. They put way to much food in a paper bag so the whole bag ripped down the side and half of 2 orders of fries ended up on the ground pics to prove it! The food my daughter got was the only thing right but the patty was dry so she wouldn't eat it my patty was burnt and my aunts bun and patty where dry like it had been sitting a while!I have been trying to call them and there phone has been off the hook for 2 hours!!! I need my money back asap someone needs to be calling me! I have never complained on a restaurant cuz I managed one I know how it is but this is just ridiculous!!! Email for number if I have to go up there it won't be pretty
